MCHX agreed to buy Philadelphia-based VoiceStar
Voicestar which provides call-based advertising services, for ~$28M. The Seattle online advertising company said it will pay ~$12.9M in cash and issue ~$7.1M in restricted stock to certain VoiceStar employees. Marchex will invest an additional $8M in products, infrastructure, human resources and other items through 2008. [Dow Jones]
